Connected Minds is A 6-Week support group for parents of children with Anxiety, ADHD and Neurodivergence. This group runs as follows:
Three interactive, in-person sessions led by experienced facilitators in order to gain insights, learn strategies and share experience with other parents.
Interim weeks: communicate with Tara and Andrea via email to review progress and access individualized support.

Navigating ADHD: Parent Support Group
A six week support group for parens of children who are ADHD/Neurodivergent.
This series offers a supportive space to learn practical skills and connect with other families. Each session will build upon the previous one, providing a comprehensive approach to nurture your child's positive development. Focused on ages 6 through 12 our strategies will be tailored to your family’s unique needs.

Understanding ADHD/Anxiety and the Neurodivergent Brain
A workshop for parents on recognizing and addressing anxiety triggers, fostering emotional resilience, and improving communication. Parents will gain a deeper understanding of the ADHD/Neurodivergent brain as well as how anxiety works. Parents will learn strategies to help support their children.

Navigating Friendships and Understanding Bullying: A Parents Guide to Raising Socially Confident Kids
This workshop, offered at the Jesup Memorial Library in Bar Harbor is designed to help parents guide their children to build healthy friendships. Parents will learn the difference between normal childhood banter, mean teasing and bullying. Strategies and scripts will be shared so each parent will leave with new tools at their fingertips.

Reclaiming Childhood: Interrupting a Screen Based Childhood by Increasing Independence and Free Play
An interactive workshop for parents to help foster resilience and decrease anxiety in children. This workshops looks at relevant research around the increase of anxiety and depression in children in teens in relation to screen based childhoods. Independence and ample opportunities for free play have been demonstrated protective factors. This workshop gives parents the opportunity to learn how to foster both independence and free play while also decreasing screen time. The Reclaiming Childhood is being offered at the Jesup Memorial Library in Bar Harbor, Maine.
